Chief Executive Officer
Lindsay is an accomplished business executive with over 20 years’ experience in the mining industry. Demonstrating a strong technical skill set Lindsay holds trade qualifications in Engineering, Fabrication and Mechanical disciplines.
Lindsay offers a well-rounded perspective to each division of the business and his innovative proactive leadership ensures the highest level of support to management to enable ABBA Engineering to exceed projects and client expectations.
Steve is known for his dedication, industry knowledge and expertise and his approach to project management. With over 10 years experience in the field, 6 years’ experience in TSF management and improving efficiencies, and 8 years in HDPE design, installation, processes and transfers. Steve has a proven track record of success in delivering multiple, complex projects within tight timeframes and budget.
In 2020, he was recognised by KBCCI where he was awarded Supervisor/Manager of the Year.
Site & Services Manager
Royce is a Site & Services Manager holding disciplines in Engineering and Fabrication with 25+ years of experience in the industry.
He has worked in various roles throughout his career, and has an extensive knowledge of technical aspects within the sector. He is highly meticulous and reliable, with exceptional attention to detail and a superior worth ethic.
Royce is an excellent customer service representative and has been instrumental in increasing customer satisfaction ratings.
Experienced in engineering project management, Glenn skilfully spearheads intricate projects at ABBA Engineering.
With 25+ years of leadership and project management, Glenn adeptly manages cross-functional teams, crafts project plans, tracks budgets, and fosters seamless stakeholder communication. His commitment to aligning technical prowess with business goals consistently delivers top-notch projects, on time and within budget.
Administration & Office Manager
Genevieve has a depth of knowledge, technical skills and experience within Marketing, Administration and Client Services roles, working closely with all levels of stakeholders of the business, including Executive level.
Throughout her working history she has become accustomed to working in a fast paced work environment whilst ensuring an enthusiastic and professional approach to each task whilst continuing to manage competing priorities.
Genevieve was awarded the KBCCI Supervisor/Manager of the Year award in 2022.
