We’re looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead and own the day-to-day operations of our Pinjarra workshop. This is a hands-on leadership role with full accountability across production, people, safety, quality, and workflow. You’ll play a key part in establishing the facility, building strong systems, and growing a high-performing team. Senior Mobile Plant Mechanic

This position will see you take a leading role in the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of diesel-powered mobile plant, heavy equipment, and dewatering pump systems across workshop and field environments. You will be trusted to work autonomously, manage complex fault-finding, and provide guidance to junior team members while contributing to reliability improvements and strong client outcomes. Mobile Plant Mechanic

We’re seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Mechanic to join our Kalgoorlie team and support our operations across both workshop and field service functions. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing a range of mobile plant and heavy machinery, ensuring equipment remains safe, reliable, and performing at its best. You will troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic issues, collaborate with operations and site teams to schedule and prioritise work, and contribute to a safe and compliant working environment. Boilermaker - Residential

We’re seeking an experienced Boilermaker to join our residential team, supporting construction and maintenance projects. You will fabricate, assemble, and install metal structures, interpret technical drawings, and work closely with project teams to deliver quality outcomes safely and on time. The ideal candidate has residential or construction boilermaking experience, strong attention to detail, and can work independently or as part of a team. Dewatering Supervisor (FIFO)

We’re seeking an experienced Dewatering Supervisor to join our team and lead operations on site. You will oversee day-to-day dewatering activities, manage and support a team of technicians, monitor equipment performance, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in dewatering or water management operations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate teams and schedules effectively. Dewatering Technician (FIFO)

ABBA Engineering is seeking experienced Dewatering Technicians to join our growing team. You will operate, maintain, and monitor dewatering equipment on site, ensuring work is safe, efficient, and meets project standards. For those with advanced experience, we’re also looking for Senior Dewatering Technicians to mentor junior staff, oversee operations, and ensure all work meets safety and project requirements. The ideal candidates are hands-on, experienced in dewatering operations, and able to work independently or lead in the field.

Pump Assembler

As a Pump Assembler, you will play a key role in building, testing, and preparing diesel and industrial pump systems for deployment across mining and industrial sites. This role suits someone who enjoys practical workshop work, takes pride in quality outcomes, and wants to grow their mechanical capability within a structured environment. Welder / Fabricator

We are seeking two trade-qualified Welder/Fabricators to join our Pinjarra workshop team. This hands-on role suits experienced Boilermakers, Metal Fabricators or Welders who take pride in accurate fabrication and high-quality welds. Working alongside our Welding & Fabrication Leading Hand, robotic welding operators and mechanical teams, you will read drawings, prepare steel, perform MIG, TIG and Stick welding, assemble components and inspect weld quality. You will also assist with preparing and checking parts for robotic welding while helping maintain a safe and efficient workshop environment.

CNC Machinist

We are recruiting a CNC Machinist to join our newly established manufacturing facility in Pinjarra. This hands-on role supports automated welding and CNC operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and workflow. Working with robotic welding cells and CNC/plasma cutting equipment, you will assist with programming and setup, load and unload components, prepare parts for production and help maintain efficient material flow. This is a great opportunity to join early and contribute to the success of our new automated workshop.

Design & Drafting Engineer

We are seeking a Design & Drafting Engineer to support our growing manufacturing operation and new robotic welding workshop in Pinjarra. This hands-on role works across design, fabrication and automation, helping develop and optimise the production of dewatering pump systems and fabricated assemblies. You will produce 3D models and workshop drawings, support robotic welding processes, assist with estimating fabrication work, and collaborate closely with workshop teams to improve buildability, efficiency and production performance. This is a great opportunity to help shape how our products are designed and manufactured in a modern automated environment.
